Un ottimo caffè specialty, sia filtro che espresso, la ragazza/proprietaria davvero molto appassionata al mondo del caffè, si vede dalla cura della macchina e da come li spiega. Brava! La strada sarà lunga e in salita ma il mondo specialty ripaga sempre, soprattutto quando si riesce a trasmettere tutta la passione e l'amore che si ha per questo mondo. Tanti auguri e buona fortuna. Ah, i maron glacé (poco glacé per far risaltare al meglio la castagna, come ci tiene a precisare la mamma ?)i più buoni del territorio! Bravi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giovedì alle 16 mia moglie telefona per ordinare una torta per il giorno dopo ma non essendo clienti fissi, la signora chiede di andare in negozio perché non ci conosce e non vuol preparare una torta col rischio che il cliente non vada poi a ritirarla. Proponiamo un bonifico anticipato. Alla fine la signora accetta malvolentieri, senza un pagamento anticipato (che comunque eravamo disposti a fare). Appuntamento venerdì alle 16. Mia moglie si presenta per ritirare la torta ma…non c'è! Dicono di aver sbagliato ed averla fatta il giorno prima per le 16 (momento in cui avevamo telefonato per prenotarla, quindi impossibile, qualcosa non torna!) ed averla buttata perché non ci eravamo presentati! Malvolentieri, per la mancanza di tempo e per la fretta, accettiamo di farcela fare e paghiamo l’ordine, come volevano che fosse fin dall’inizio! Per il disguido ce la consegneranno a casa alle 19 senza sovrapprezzo..e ci mancherebbe! La mancanza di fiducia è il grosso problema dell’Italia, ciò che affossa il Paese nel suo sviluppo. Fa parte dei rischi del vostro mestiere dare fiducia a chi vi chiama ed esaudirne le richieste! Volete lavorare solo per la clientela che conoscete? E’ una scelta ma allora il sito internet non serve. Qualità della torta: fresca, buona, ma niente di eccezionale. Tante storie per una torta semplicissima e sicuramente anche poco costosa per voi. 45€ per una tortina da 5 porzioni del peso di circa 500gr…..è un po’ eccessivo.
Thursday at 4 pm my wife calls to order a cake for the next day but not being regular customers, the lady asks to go to the shop because she doesn't know us and doesn't want to prepare a cake with the risk that the customer will not go and collect it. We offer an advance bank transfer. In the end the lady reluctantly accepts, without an advance payment (which we were willing to do anyway). Appointment Friday at 16. My wife shows up to collect the cake but… it's not there! They say they made a mistake and made it the day before at 4 pm (when we phoned to book it, so impossible, something is not right!) And threw it away because we didn't show up! Reluctantly, due to lack of time and haste, we agree to get it done and pay for the order, as they wanted it to be from the start! For the inconvenience they will deliver it to us at home at 7 pm without extra charge .. and God forbid! Lack of trust is Italy's big problem, what is affecting the country in its development. It is part of the risks of your job to trust those who call you and fulfill their requests! Do you want to work only for clients you know? It is a choice but then the website is not needed. Quality of the cake: fresh, good, but nothing exceptional. So many stories for a very simple cake that is certainly also inexpensive for you. € 45 for a 5-portion cake weighing about 500g ... ..is a bit excessive.
