★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un punto di riferimento per il pese, faccio una sosta ogni volta che passo da Lurate Caccivio. Personale gentile, dolci molto buoni e prezzi nella media. I tavolini sul retro sono molto carini, ed il locale è sempre pulito. I protocolli Covid vengono rispettati, a tutela di tutti gli avventori.
Se non ci siete mai stati, provatelo!
A point of reference for the country, I stop every time I pass by Lurate Caccivio. Nice staff, very good desserts and average prices. The tables at the back are very nice, and the place is always clean. Covid protocols are respected, to protect all patrons.
If you've never been there, try it!

Non ho apprezzato la vostra interpretazione di un dolce così classico poiché la frolla era sovrastata da uno strato di confettura triplo rispetto alla base (la pesantezza della massa di mirtilli non ha portato a cottura ottimale la base); questo ha reso il dolce stucchevole e poco gradevole, la sensazione è quella di mangiare la confettura direttamente dal barattolo.
Vi consiglio di rivederne la preparazione per portare anche questo dolce al livello molto elevato degli altri dolci.
Blueberry Tart:
I did not appreciate your interpretation of such a classic dessert because the pastry was topped by a layer of jam that was three times the base (the heaviness of the blueberry mass did not lead to the base being perfectly cooked); this made the dessert cloying and unpleasant, the sensation is that of eating the jam directly from the jar.
I recommend that you review the preparation to bring this dessert to the very high level of other desserts.
