★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato per il mio compleanno una torta per 15 persone di sfoglia, chantilly e ganache. La torta era troppo grande, la sfoglia sotto bagnata e la ganache troppo carica di cioccolato. Era impossibile tagliare una fetta senza far uscire tutta la crema e il risultato finale in bocca era la sola presenza e predominanza del cioccolato fondente. Vista la cifra pagata mi sarei aspettata di più. Anche dal punto di vista estetico era veramente troppo semplice.
I ordered for my birthday a cake for 15 people of puff pastry, chantilly and ganache. The cake was too big, the dough under wet and the ganache too loaded with chocolate. It was impossible to cut a slice without letting out all the cream and the final result in the mouth was the mere presence and predominance of dark chocolate. Given the amount paid I would have expected more. Even from an aesthetic point of view it was really too simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualcosa è cambiato nelle ricette, troppo zuccherate e i pasticcini con glassa sono hanno poco gusto. Quelli al cioccolato, non hanno il gusto di cioccolato, si sente solo zucchero. Consiglierei di tornare agli albori. In generale una delle migliori pasticcierie.
Something has changed in the recipes, too sugary and iced pastries are tasteless. The chocolate ones, they don't taste like chocolate, you just feel sugar. I would recommend going back to the early days. Generally one of the best pastry shops.
