★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 30 dicembre 2018, in tarda mattinata, siamo entrati nel locale ed abbiamo preso posto. Il personale ci ha detto di fare prima lo scontrino asserendo che il nostro gruppo non avesse dato il buongiorno.
Delusione totale nel comportamento del personale che mi induce a dare recensione negativa perché il fatto di fare prima lo scontrino, a detta del personale, pare fosse la prassi...ma invece pare che non sia così.
Mancanza di fiducia nella clientela.
Per me è no.
Così Ginosa non crescerà mai...spiegare prima che si è sotto organico eviterebbe ogni tipo di incomprensione tra personale e clientela. Per me è no.

On December 30th 2018, in the late morning, we entered the restaurant and took our seats. The staff told us to get the receipt first and asserted that our group did not say hello.
Total disappointment in the behavior of the staff that leads me to give a negative review because the fact of doing the receipt first, according to the staff, seems to have been the practice ... but instead it seems that this is not the case.
Lack of trust in customers.
For me it is no.
So Ginosa will never grow up ... explaining beforehand that you are understaffed would avoid any kind of misunderstanding between staff and customers. For me it is no.
