Qui l'imbarazzo della scelta degustativa, facendo attenzione a non esagerare (la tentazione è forte). La cortesia del personale, la perfetta pulizia e, da non perdere, la "vetrina dei gelati di produzione propria", una vera eccellenza, sono il complemento ideale per concludere: consigliatissimo! A "real" pastry shop, one of the best artisan workshops in the city, well rooted in the mythical sweet Sicilian traditions; as soon as you enter, you immediately realize that you are in a "true" pastry shop, a pastry shop that offers you not only visual pleasure, but above all an artisan quality, a scent of "grandmother's" good things ... and a great desire to taste everything, a "galaxy" of goodness, perfectly displayed in a large display case. Here the embarrassment of the tasting choice, being careful not to overdo it (the temptation is strong). The courtesy of the staff, the perfect cleanliness and, not to be missed, the "showcase of home-made ice creams", a true excellence, are the ideal complement to conclude: highly recommended!

Assortimento vario e ricco, con i gusti tipici dell’Ibleo e con una buona apertura anche nei confronti delle novità. Consiglio le mousse, soprattutto quella con la ricotta. Ottime anche le colazioni. Among the best pastry shops in the province of Ragusa: fresh products, utmost attention to detail and a great desire to work (they remained open until late evening both on 14 and 15 August). Varied and rich assortment, with the typical Ibleo tastes and with a good opening also towards the novelties. Council mousses, especially the one with the ricotta. Breakfasts are also excellent.
