★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still on the hunt of the best Gnocco fritto of Modena. And this is a great contender.
If you ask for th gnocco fritto, most likely, they will prepare it right the way, they won't give you the ones they already cooked. You can eat it just like that or you can ask them to put some prosciutto on top; on both cases you will be more than happy. Trust me.
They also have an enormous variety of good pastries, bread and good coffee. On top of everything I just wrote, they have the best staff ever; they are nice, cordial and make you feel at home. I love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is amazing! Offers an amazing selection of pastries, even some of the famous local ones (e.g. Gnocco Fritto or sth). The coffee is (naturally) great, and the staff friendly! One teeny, tiny thing was that I wanted to pay with card for my order of 4€, and got a sly comment of: "It's only four euro. You really want to pay with card?". It's 2018 people... Electronic payments should be the default by now.
