Abbiamo scelto questa pasticceria per la nostra torta nuziale..ebbene dopo aver parlato con una delle titolari e aver stabilito nel dettaglio quello che volevamo ci siamo ritrovati in una situazione al limite dell'assurdo. Tre giorni prima del matrimonio siamo stati contattati da una dipendente che ci chiedeva informazioni sulla nostra torta perché chi aveva preso la comanda non si era preoccupato di lasciare indicazioni ed era tranquillamente andato in vacanza. Come se non bastasse dopo aver ulteriormente spiegato la composizione della torta ci siamo ritrovati una torta che non aveva nulla anche vedere con quella pattuita. Assolutamente zero professionalità. Bad experience. We chose this pastry shop for our wedding cake .. although after talking with one of the owners and having established in detail what we wanted we found ourselves in a situation bordering on the absurd. Three days before the wedding we were contacted by an employee who asked us about our cake because whoever had taken the order had not bothered to leave directions and had quietly gone on vacation. As if that were not enough, after further explaining the composition of the cake we found ourselves a cake that had nothing to do with the one agreed. Absolutely zero professionalism.
