★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un buon ricordo del bianco e nero gustato qualche anno fa e mi sono recato per comprare alcuni coni piccoli da passeggio. Entrato nel locale vuoto, ho chiesto assistenza alla commessa che mal volentieri si è mossa per assistermi. Alla richiesta di quali gusti ci fossero sgarbatamente me li ha elencati trattandomi come un seccatore. Come se non bastasse, quando dal retrostante laboratorio il pasticcere si è interessato a cosa stesse succedendo al banco, la solita commessa con mala grazia ha risposto, come se le stessi facendo perdere tempo, che non sapevo cosa volessi. In tanti anni non ho mai incontrato personale così inadeguato, scontroso, impreparato a stare a contatto con il pubblico. Ho pertanto deciso di rivolgermi ad altra pasticceria.
I had a good memory of the black and white I enjoyed a few years ago and went to buy some small walking cones. When I entered the empty room, I asked the saleswoman for assistance, who unwillingly moved to assist me. When asked what tastes there were rudely listed them for me, treating me like a nuisance. As if that weren't enough, when the pastry chef from the back laboratory became interested in what was happening at the counter, the usual saleswoman replied with bad grace, as if I were wasting her time, that I didn't know what I wanted. In many years I have never met staff so inadequate, surly, unprepared to be in contact with the public. I therefore decided to turn to another pastry shop.
