I prodotti sono buoni sia come pane , sia come pizza e focaccia, brioches buone , paste anche ma è sempre un panettiere che cmq consiglio per ottimi prodotti . Actually I would call it baker with pastry and not vice versa. Anyway. The products are good both as bread, as well as pizza and focaccia, good brioches, pastas also but it is always a baker who I recommend for excellent products.

La signora Cislaghi s è lamentata di aver scritto e capito bene contestando la nostra lamentela. Ci ha rimborsato alla fine dicendo di non tornare come clienti. Ottimo customer service per ottimi clienti ;) Infatti siamo clienti con tutta la nostra famiglia da decenni e abbiamo fatto una sola contestazione fin ora. Che delusione perche i prodotti sono buoni e avevamo piacere a raccomadarli ad amici. We ordered a pan of focaccia and pastries for 20 people for a birthday. Instead we realized we had received and paid twice as many tablets and we protested. Mrs Cislaghi complained that she had written and understood well, contesting our complaint. He repaid us in the end by telling us not to return as customers. Excellent customer service for excellent customers;) In fact we have been customers with all our family for decades and we have only made one complaint so far. Soprattutto senza informare il cliente preventivamente? Questo è un disservizio. Per correttezza evidenzio che è stata la prima volta per me in questa pasticceria, forse è stato un caso. Non so. La torta a Cassetta di Frutta é stata un successo spaziale non solo visivo ma anche di palato. Complimenti anche da parte dei proprietari del locale dove ho cenato con i miei amici universitari.
