★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! They welcome you with the warmth of the South. They treat you like they've known you for a long time. Good coffee, exquisite pastries. You definitely have to try tartufini al cioccolato, amaretti al cioccolato and bigné al pistacchio. Those were my favourites.
Even though it is hard to say which place is the best, considering that in the South of Italy you eat incredibly well everywhere you go, this is definitely among the best, plus you will always find it open. Even in the most uncommon hours, they will always welcome you. They are the first shop to open in the morning and the last to close at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bar offers a wide range of local desserts, starting from the masterpiece called "granita siciliana". You can typically choose among the typical tastes - coffee, strawberries, lemon (there are other ones available, e.g. chocolate). Other than the lemon one, the typical way to eat the granita is with a sort of whipped cream (panna in italian) and a sort of bun (here called brioche).
