Bignè e pastine alla frutta e altri gusti da supermercato. Che delusione. Io mi sono fidata ciecamente e ho fatto fare la torta per il Battesimo di mio figlio è stata un successone tutti mi hanno fatto i complimenti. Bravissimi. Facendo seguito alla richiesta del proprietario: l'attesa, anche in assenza di affollamento, è spesso stata notevole (quasi un quarto d'ora per un caffè mi pare esagerato), inoltre, se si chiede un caffè e arriva un macchiato, non è la stessa cosa!; le torte non rispecchiano il sapore della piccola pasticceria, in alcune circostanze ho chiesto una torta che rispecchiasse un pasticcino ma così non è stato. Inoltre mi e capitato di ordinare una torta e non vedere rispettate le specifiche. Nelle torte ho più volte riscontrato eccessivo liquore anche quando espressamente non richiesto. Ogni tanto ci viene voglia di questi dolcetti specifici e ci facciamo ben 20 km soltanto per venire qui, perché merita davvero – pure se abbiamo altre pasticcerie nel nostro paese! Inoltre, siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti delle torte di compleanno, cremosissime e buonissime. Da provare la sacher, a mio parere perfetta! Le brioches sono stupende, con un impasto perfetto, croccante fuori e alveolato dentro, enormi; quella al pistacchio, poi, è il paradiso. Il personale sempre molto carino, quando si entra in questa pasticceria sembra di entrare in casa, in famiglia, pure per noi che veniamo da fuori ? Ottimi anche i prodotti secchi, come biscotti e torte (linzer/amarandola/etc) che preparano confezionate su un mobile. La prossima volta proveremo gubana e babà in vaso cottura (bellissimi). Prezzi davvero ottimi, siamo sempre veramente soddisfatti. The staff are always very nice, when you enter this pastry shop it feels like entering the house, in the family, even for us who come from outside ? Next time we will try gubana and potted baba cooking (beautiful). Really good prices, we are always really satisfied.
