Al di là della scelta e della varietà di paste e dolci, si gusta subito la qualità degli ingredienti, il kmzero dove possibile, il rispetto maniacale direi della tradizione e delle ricette tipiche. Sono marchigiano e per me il maritozzo è la pizza con i grasselli di maiale sono praticamente icone sacre : che sia dolce o salato, è l'unica pasticceria che amo del Veneto, anche in barba a quelle blasonate o famose. Le ragazze che ci lavorano sono gentili e spassose, e il titolare è un artista nel trattare ed accogliere i clienti. Grazie, sembra di essere a casa con zie e nonne, e la novità sa sempre di tradizione e affetto. Premise: I am not a fanatic of sweets ...
