★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bread and cakes where very nice - but honestly in my book you are not qualifying as a konditorei if you don't offer you customers a table where they can sit and enjoy their cake and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. When selling your delicious Apfelstrudel you may want to consider selling cream or vanilla ice cream to go with it - just an idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there to get a few pieces of cake. Had a super unfriendly waiter who thought that it was appropriate to rage about me paying with my card instead of cash. Ended up getting two instead of the three pieces of cake that I actually ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the high ratings and a line outside. Which normally raised expectations. But unfortunately the pastry and coffee failed to live upto it. The chocolate pastry was too dry for my liking and I have had lot better coffee elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is open non-stop on weekends when 98% of shops in Bolzano are closed. They offer a selection of classics (e.g. St-Honoré, Mimosa cake...) and of local pastries (e.g. Strudel with apple or ricotta cheese filling). The selection is limited and different from most pastry shops in Italy, but the quality of the cakes and cream is excellent. The place has nice seating areas. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best patisseries in Bz. Fresh pastries all day. Always busy! Kind/correct staff. It would be great if having a bigger space, not unusual to have to wait to get a seat. Still it worths the waiting. Congratulations!

If you like this style of sweets and atmosphere, this is one of the best places in town to taste german pastry. The closest to german experience without going to Germany.
