Inoltre 2 biscotti eccellenti di loro creazione quali "Il Bachetut" all'asparago e il"biscotto di Va" con Moringa e farina di canapa. Anche gli estratti fantastici! Grazie alla ricerca di ingredienti veramente di qualità.Il tutto contornato dalla simpatia del pasticcere Paolo e la gentilezza di Anna. Fantastic pastry! From mignon to cakes. Finalmente dei cornetti senza strutto adatti a chi segue un'alimentazione vegetariana. Peccato che non abito ad Arzene , altrimenti sarei cliente fissa :) Essendo prodotti buoni e freschi, vengono fatti in quantità limitate e se si arriva tardi si rischia di non trovarli, ma c'è la possibilità di farseli mettere da parte con una semplice telefonata. I titolari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Mi piacerebbe che in futuro venissero proposti anche prodotti vegan. Excellent very light and puffed croissants with a very delicate fabulous custard! Preso un croissant alla mandorla buonissimo, leggero e con una crema avvolgente e della giusta dolcezza a cui ho unito due frolle, veramente buone, si sente che sono fatte artigianalmente. Esposte c'erano le paste "secche", per le creme fanno al momento. Ho preso per amici un cabaret di fresche e secche e due croissant che sono stati riempiti con marmellate al momento. Tornerò per provare personalmente la pasticceria oltre che la colazione. Posto piccolino molto ben curato. Personale attento al cliente e che ti fa sentire benvenuto. Si percepisce la passione e l'attenzione alla cura dei particolari, dal cliente ai prodotti. Peccato che sono distante, ma tornerò ? Been this morning for breakfast on the advice of friends. Persone speciali che anche senza la prenotazione della torta con base di frolla e Pan di Spagna ( consigliatissima ma mi raccomando da prenotare) mi è stata fatta al momento. Non parliamo dei dolci mignon e torte semplici, una squisitezza. Consigliato per chi è di passaggio e che vuole rilassarsi e bere un caffè o the con amici. Non dimenticate di assaggiare la torta con FROLLA E PAN DI SPAGNA, sono venuto a posta da Cordenons per acquistarla e farla assaggiare ai miei cari. Buon appetito. Non sapevo che gusto avessero, non avevo mai sentito la farina di sorgo, mi hanno detto esser povera di glutine naturalmente. Complimenti ottimo prodotto!!! Now tasted your sorghum biscuits, yummy !!
