Ho scelto quella con cioccolato, mango e passion fruit, davvero una delle torte migliori di Varese! I called before closing to save me the Halloween evening, the boy was very kind and helped us by offering us some delicious cakes. Non oso immaginare il resto dei dolci che producono, passo quasi tutti i giorni davanti al loro laboratorio e spesso mi soffermo davanti alla vetrina per mangiarmeli con gli occhi! :) It is already the second year that my boyfriend has my birthday cake prepared here, what can I say .. delicious both times! Consigliatissima, personale veramente gentile, la boutique in centro è stupenda, è proprio come una pasticceria francese, entrando vedi subito la vetrina enorme di macarons (super buonissimi)… A Varese un posto così non lo trovi da nessuna parte. Per non parlare delle torte…. La Eden è veramente pazzesca… TOTALMENTE AL PISTACCHIO. Per non parlare delle Creme Tart di sfoglia… Prezzi onesti rispetto alla media. BRAVI?? FINALLY? Abbiamo acquistato una crostata ai frutti di bosco, per il compleanno di mio marito. Che dire, strepitosa!!!! Tra l'altro la ragazza che ci ha servito, oltre ad averci fatto assaggiare dei macarons superlativi, è stata gentilissima. Prezzi davvero onesti. Come farci tornare al più presto. Bravi bravi bravi. Il pastry chef Giacomo Aceti sa sempre come stupire i propri clienti. La boutique in centro è elegante e accogliente, lo staff preparato e gentile sa accompagnare ogni cliente al giusto acquisto. Ottima la Nuvola, in chiave moderna riporta ai sapori tradizionali del tiramisù. Complimenti a tutti i ragazzi di C’est la Vie! Five-star pastry! Wide choice of desserts for all tastes and needs. Per quando riguarda la torta, sicuramente un prodotto bilanciato nei sapori e nelle consistenze, buona in definitiva ma poco "cheesecake". 2 La colomba si presenta ben realizzata, sviluppo e consistenza sono buone nelle parti centrali, nell'estremità del pirottino tendente all'asciutto. Filatura non eccezzionale e glassa molto equilibrata. Prezzo onesto . Sicuramente torneremo a provare nuovi prodotti. Abbiamo assaggiato i vostri macaron,sono i più buoni che abbiamo mai mangiato e la monoporzione al pistacchio davvero ottima.
