La crema non è più quella di una volta, assomiglia a quella industriale. Prodotti buoni, ma non più eccellenti: con il tempo la qualità ha perso.
The orders are always very kind and competent, the only thing that has remained constant over the years.
The cream is no longer what it used to be, it resembles the industrial one. Good products, but no longer excellent: quality has lost over time.
