Avevano purtroppo un sapore insolito, come di formaggio, che rendeva impossibile mangiarle. Allora ho contattato la pasticceria per farglielo sapere, e non solo non si sono scusati per il disagio e non hanno proposto una sostituzione, ma mi hanno risposto che è impossibile e che le avremo trasportate noi in un modo scorretto… il problema è che le abbiamo trasportate semplicemente nella confezione e nel sacchetto fornitoci da loro in pasticceria. Dunque oggi scrivo la recensione che si meritano. Servizio pessimo e 20€ buttati. Veramente spiacevole. We bought 2 boxes of “margheritine di stresa” on Sunday afternoon and tasted them the same evening. Unfortunately, they had an unusual taste, like cheese, which made it impossible to eat them. So I contacted the pastry shop to let them know, and not only did they not apologize for the inconvenience and did not propose a replacement, but they replied that it is impossible and that we will have transported them in an incorrect way ... the problem is that we have simply transported in the packaging and in the bag supplied by them in the pastry shop. So today I write the review they deserve. Bad service and 20 € down the drain. Really unpleasant.

Sapevano di formaggio. Un errore capita a tutti e non è questo il motivo della recensione ad una stella. È inammissibile, però, il comportamento che hanno avuto i gestori della pasticceria, una volta fatto notare l’inconveniente: oltre a non aver proposto la sostituzione del prodotto, non si sono nemmeno degnati di scusarsi, negando l’evidenza. I bought two packs of Stresa daisies, which turned out to be inedible due to a mistake in their preparation. They tasted like cheese. A mistake happens to everyone and this is not the reason for the one-star review. However, the behavior of the pastry shop managers is inadmissible, once they pointed out the drawback: in addition to not having proposed the replacement of the product, they did not even deign to apologize, denying the evidence.
