Sono cliente abituale di un’altra sede, ma questa Pasqua non avendo trovato più pastiere alla mia pasticceria Benedetto sotto casa, sono andato alla garbatella ad acquistarla. Tragedia. Ho aperto la confezione e ho trovato questo obbrobrio estetico, oltre ad aver ricevuto una torta rotta!!!! Pensavo di addolcire le situazione mangiandola, secondo errore: pessima, pasta frolla che non ha nulla a che fare con la ricetta tradizionale, anzi dubito pure che parliamo di pasta frolla. Il ripieno anche peggio: povero di sapore. Ci ha rovinato il pranzo di Pasqua. Mai cambiare le vecchie abitudini!!! Con il tempo ho scoperto anche altre prelibatezze pasticciere. Il prezzo onesto insieme alla qualità ne ha decretato il meritato successo. Andate ad acquistare fuori dagli orari canonici, altrimenti dovrete fare un po’ di fila per ottenere il dolce desiderato… My official Neapolitan pastiera "dealer" which I consider excellent (beaten only by the one he does at my sister-in-law!). Over time, I also discovered other confectionery delicacies. The honest price together with the quality has made it a well-deserved success. Nessun sapore, della ricotta compresa, spicca come meritevole di note e rimane impresso nelle papille gustative come unico, ma di certo non si può dire che non siano gustosi. Poi leggo di alcuni che si lamentano della qualità non eccelsa. A queste persone chiederei di fare almeno la metà di quello che riesce a fare "benedetto" con questi prezzi, perché se fai pagare una torta 40 euro al kg allora io devo pretendere che gli ingredienti siano di fascia altissima, ma riuscire a dare per 8 euro al kg questa qualità, direi più che onesta, va per lo meno riconosciuta. Riassumendo i dolci sono da 3 stelle e i prezzi da 5 stelle, ergo 4 stelle per loro. Allego foto di torta al pistacchio. We can say that this patisserie makes everyone agree on the price.
