Contenitore con lo zucchero con bustina aperta e bicchieri sporchi. Non fatevi la cattiveria di venire in questo posto... Prezzi gonfiati e poca varietà di dolci, dulcis in fundo arrivo alla cassa e la signora poco affabile e poco educata come tutto il resto dello "staff" procede a farmi il conto....16 euro e 22 centesimi, solitamente ovunque io sia andata che sia bar o macellaio o fruttivendolo i centesimi (specialmente quando sono così pochi) non li chiedono MAI e fanno cifra tonda, è anche una forma di gentilezza verso il cliente, la graziosa signora è stata capace di prendersi i 22 centesimi e tornarmi un resto ridicolo composto da centesimi di piccolo taglio che ho volutamente lasciargli sul bancone così magari arricchendosi si addolcisce un pò. Ovviamente non mi vedranno MAI PIÙ, ero di passaggio e non accadrà più, ad Acireale parlando di bar/pasticceria c'è di molto meglio, ma più che altro è la gestione che fa proprio pena. Consegnati i 10€ alla cassiera (PRIVA DI MASCHERINA) ci da 1€ di resto, gli spieghiamo che le avevamo dato 10€ ma insiste dicendo che il resto è 1€ perché le abbiamo dato 5€. La moglie del proprietario in cassa, abituata a questo genere di FURTI, ci prende pure in giro dicendo che sta controllando le telecamere. Dopo 20 minuti ci rendiamo conto che non ha controllato nulla e né lo farà. Cosciente del furto, non ci dà retta e fa finta di nulla. Raccomando molta attenzione, perché la signora in cassa è volutamente ladra e non vengono rispettate le disposizioni di sicurezza anti-covid! Scammers: beware when you pay! Alla mia richiesta di poter ordinare un semplice gelato, la proprietaria, suppongo, (SENZA MASCHERINA) Mi ha obbligato ad indossarne una, (che poi, potevano anche controllare il mio green pass, completo di tre dosi)che non avevo e di conseguenza sono dovuto uscire (già il decreto che permetteva di usufruire di servizi al chiuso senza mascherina era in vigore). Mio figlio, inoltre, mi ha raccontato che un giorno, dopo aver ordinato un gelato, ha chiesto (per un'emergenza) di poter usare un telefono, avendolo lui scarico e dovendomi contattare urgentemente, alché i proprietari gli dicono che il numero è una cosa privata (mio figlio è esperto e avrebbe fatto chiamata anonima, cioè il numero non sarebbe stato visibile alla persona chiamata), ma i proprietari si sono lamentati e gli hanno intimato di uscire a cercare altrove. Spero che un giorno i proprietari si rendano conto di quanto il loro atteggiamento sia sgradevole e facciano splendere la meravigliosa città acese che avrebbe bisogno di un bar al centro come questo.
