pasticceria che considero una delle migliori in assoluto. Quest'anno per fare qualcosa di diverso, abbiamo preso una torta che in famiglia abbiamo battezzato tronchetto di ferragosto. Veramente buona, molto particolare. Il sapore di pistacchi non cancella il sapore dalla crema. Anche l'aspetto visivo è originale un vero tronchetto ma chiaro. La classica pianta venuta dal mare che si copre di sabbia.
