G	Guido Spinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio a Correggio capito per caso davanti a questo piccolo laboratorio e vedo esposti vetrina dei vassoi di praline, non proprio il genere di pasticceria consumata in Italia dove generalmente si preferiscono i cioccolatini. Sono un amante del genere e non posso trattenermi dall'entrare e acquistare un piccolo scrigo di queste mini delizie che ho gustato poi a casa. Siamo ai massimi livelli internazionali stupisce che un artigiano di questo livello si trovi in questa piccola città di provincia: te lo aspetteresti a Parigi, a Bruxelles o Dubai. Fanno anche tavolette e torte che dovrò provare in futuro. Per terminare, dirò che la ragazza che mi ha servito vale le stesse considerazioni fatte per i dolci. E non è cosa senza importanza. Passing through Correggio, I accidentally understood in front of this small laboratory and I see a display case of trays of pralines, not exactly the kind of pastry consumed in Italy where chocolates are generally preferred. I am a lover of the genre and I cannot refrain from going in and buying a small scrigo of these mini delights which I then enjoyed at home. We are at the highest international level.It is surprising that a craftsman of this level is in this small provincial town: you would expect it in Paris, Brussels or Dubai. They also make tablets and cakes which I will have to try in the future. To conclude, I will say that the girl who served me holds the same considerations made for the desserts. Ingredienti sempre genuini, e attenzione a intolleranze e allergie. Davvero un ottimo posto. In più sono tutti super cordiali gentili e attenti al cliente, oltre a essere socievoli e educati. Consigliato a chiunque. Il cioccolato nelle sue più fini varianti ma sempre rimanendo con i piedi per terra. La ragazza al servizio è carinissima e vi guiderà con estro e beltá in tutto il loro repertorio. Capisco il momento difficile, ma nn si può cacciare in malo modo una cliente perché c'è la fila fuori e dentro possono entrare 1 persona a famiglia. Ed io dovrei assaggiare i dolcetti con il gusto di mio marito? Da barista comprendo il periodo ma bisogna anche tenersi stretti i clienti, e magari trattarli con più gentilezza ed educazione. In 2 mi hanno detto che nn potevo entrare, ormai avevamo concluso e potevano anche risparmiare questa sceneggiata. Anche perché nn lo sapevamo e la fila di mezz'ora l'abbiamo fatta anche noi. Fossero i pasticcini più buoni del mondo nn ci tornerò proprio per questo trattamento poco prefossionale. I leave a star before tasting the desserts. Do solo 3 stelle perché sono troppo restrittivi nel servire una sola persona per volta per colpa del coviddi costringendo il cliente ad attendere fuori al freddo. Troppo fiscali...
