Purtroppo non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative a causa della mancanza di professionalità. Avevamo stabilito che il ritiro fosse alle 14 così da "stare più tranquilli" a detta loro a causa della mole di persone che affolla la pasticceria per l'acquisto dei dolci. Siamo arrivati dopo le due e abbiamo dovuto comunque attendere che venissero serviti gli altri clienti. Il personale era visivamente molto stremato e la persona che ci ha serviti non vedeva l'ora di staccare per fumarsi una sigaretta. La nostra ordinazione non era pronta e inoltre, per fare presto, ci hanno servito i vassoi con i prodotti presi dalla loro vetrina che erano freddi e fatti da chissà quanto tempo. Mi chiedo quindi che senso abbia avuto prenotare in anticipo un'ordinazione se poi dobbiamo comunque aspettare e ricevere prodotti già "pronti". Di questo perché ad un'altra signora, forse cliente da più tempo, hanno fatto uscire dei vassoi freschi direttamente dal laboratorio. Mi sono sempre trovata bene ed ho fatto tanti buffet senza mai fare brutte figure. Tutto buono, fresco e soprattutto con ottimi prezzi. Non si trovano da nessuna parte tutte e tre le cose.
