★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E’ un microlocale, nelle immediate adiacenze dell’Osteria Babazuf, arredato con stile, essenziale e minimalista: due tavoli, 4 sgabelli e... ...una consolle con piatti e mixer pronti a somministrare compilation di pasta fresca con condimenti tipici e stagionali, e molto altro, sempre in sessioni diurne. Durante una brevissima pausa pranzo piovosa, abbiamo approfittato del riparo e gustato un’ottima pasta corta (gigli) condita con cavolo nero, guanciale e briciole accompagnata da birra artigianale Guadagnata di 26 Nero. Poi ci siamo tornati per i gustosi rigatoni con briciole e pomodorini, accompagnati dalla birra Fedora.

During a very short rainy lunch break, we took advantage of the shelter and tasted an excellent short pasta (gigli) topped with black cabbage, bacon and crumbs accompanied by craft beer Guadagnata di 26 Nero. Then we went back for the tasty rigatoni with crumbs and cherry tomatoes. , accompanied by Fedora beer.
