Che dire? La pasta è eccezionale, come piace a me, la pasta ripiena rimane tosta, e anche se supera un po' la cottura non si sfalda tutta. Il ripieno è molto gustoso.
Mille complimenti, la signora poi è molto disponibile e simpatica, prepara in mattinata (molto presto, alle 5) la pasta che poi rivende durante la giornata.
Provate e non vi pentirete!

What to say? The pasta is exceptional, as I like it, the stuffed pasta remains tough, and even if it exceeds the cooking a little it does not fall apart. The filling is very tasty.
A thousand compliments, the lady is very helpful and nice, she prepares the pasta in the morning (very early, at 5) which she then sells during the day.
Try it and you will not regret!
