★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è aperto solo sabato e domenica mattina, ma da giovedì si può chiedere la pasta al panificio adiacente. Ho assaggiato i manfricoli, pasta di sola acqua e farina, una versione locale di spaghetti alla chitarra, deliziosi.
 The shop is only open Saturday and Sunday morning, but from Thursday you can ask for pasta at the adjacent bakery. I tasted manfricoli, pasta made only with water and flour, a local version of spaghetti alla chitarra, delicious.
