★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente uno tra i migliori se non il migliore in Ovada per ravioli , raviolini pasta fresca e non solo. Il raviolo inoltre a mio modesto parere hà il giusto ecquilibrio tra carne e verdure con il giusto ecquilibrio delle erbe aromatiche ( timo ) che che esaltano già l'ottimo sapore.
Certainly one of the best if not the best in Ovada for ravioli, fresh pasta ravioli and more. The raviolo also in my humble opinion has the right balance between meat and vegetables with the right balance of aromatic herbs (thyme) that already enhance the excellent taste.

I prezzi sono paragonabili a quelli di un normale negozio. Il personale è assai gentile e disponibile.
It is a historic pasta factory in the city where you can buy agnolotti, ravioli, cappelletti and fresh pasta. Reservations are recommended on public holidays to ensure the desired quantity.
The prices are comparable to those of a normal store. The staff is very kind and helpful.
