Completamente diversa, cuoce in poco tempo e non scuoce, amalgamandosi con ogni sugo. Sono tornato a cercarla, e presa in buona quantità Costa il doppio e rispetto ad altre anche molto di più, però Piuttosto ne mangio un quantità inferiore ma alla qualità "quando posso" non rinuncio TO TRY! La pasta non scuoce tiene la cottura e si abbina benissimo al pesce (nel caso) o carne(fatta altre volte). Ma è solo una minima parte delle varietà prodotte di grano duro, integrali, all'uovo. Personalmente mangio solo questa pasta, magari ha un costo più alto della media ma mangio un prodotto artigianale ne mangio meno ma so cosa mangio. La consiglio a tutti. Se passate nella zona alla sede è presente spaccio aziendale. Una volta provata farete fatica a mangiare altra pasta.
