Il fatto che fornisca più di un ristorante della zona (e ci vuole poco a capire quali sono) è indicativo. In cottura non si aprono e cuociono tutte uniformemente. La piccantina ai broccoli fatta con sugo alla Amatriciana o la rocchiggiana alla carbonara sono due delizie. Non ha rivali in zona e non ne avrebbe in città assai più grandi. Ora permette anche ordinazioni per evitare assembramenti e file. Bravi!
