Sono poi andata, sempre su Viale Bovio alla gastronomia "Mangiamó", in cui ho trovato una coppia molto gentile con cui ho scambiato due parole e ho acquistato due porzioni di parmigiana e due secondi. La composizione è davvero ricca, gli strati abbondanti, come le porzioni, il grado di cottura adeguato. Il locale è pulito, il personale cordiale, buoni i prezzi. Siccome penso che l attività abbia ormai una consolidata "nutrita" clientela, conviene sempre ordinare prima telefonicamente, specie se si prevede di effettuare l' asporto in concomitanza dell' ora di pranzo, senza pretendere che debba per forza rimanere sempre disponibile la nostra pietanza preferita. Ma anche e soprattutto per dare l' opportunità all' attività di predisporre un adeguato allestimento delle porzioni in base al fabbisogno del giorno, a beneficio della qualità e quindi in definitiva di noi consumatori stessi. Quindi io telefono sempre, o quasi, per mia convinzione ed educazione e comunque per essere stato anche cortesemente consigliato in merito dalla gentile proprietaria. In ogni caso ci sono state quasi sempre porzioni di vivande alternative, anche quando l' asporto non è stato preceduto dalla opportuna telefonata per motivi contingenti.
