Ma fino ad oggi non si e fatto più sentire Unfortunately I have to give a star as a vote. I purchased a Prox great eginger rod from their space on EBAY. Shipped on the 26th, 08/27/19 after one day it arrived intact and moreover they gave me a Penn sheath. What to say and without a doubt a great and serious seller.

Mi sono stati recapitati 4 soli e 2 del colore sbagliato. In allegato alla spedizione c'era un foglietto scritto a mano che specificava che alcuni colori mancavano e che avevano fatto il rimborso per due artificiali mancanti. Avrei preferito essere contattato prima ma quando ho chiesto spiegazioni per e-mail dell'accaduto, dopo un paio di giorni mi hanno risposto che la mia e-mail era capitata per sbaglio nelle spam e avrebbero provveduto a ritirare la merce errata ed a effettuare il rimborso. Il corriere è passato e ha ritirato i due artificia errati e ho ottenuto il mio rimborso. Se non fosse capitato questo disguido avrei senz'altro dato 5 stelle in quanto forniti e con prezzi concorrenziali. I made an order of 6 lures with specific colors. They were available on the site but apparently not in the shop. I have been given 4 suns and 2 of the wrong color. Attached to the expedition was a handwritten note specifying that some colors were missing and that they had made a refund for two missing lures. I would have preferred to have been contacted sooner but when I asked for explanations by e-mail of the incident, after a couple of days they replied that my e-mail had accidentally happened in the spam and they would have collected the wrong goods and carried out the refund. The courier passed by and collected the two wrong artifices and I got my refund. If this mistake hadn't happened I would have certainly given 5 stars as they are provided and with competitive prices.
