R	Raffaele Tremante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un vestito da sposo in questo atelier, che di atelier ha ben poco. Mi aspettavo precisione e professionalità che però non ho trovato. Dovevo ritirare il mio abito da sposo venerdì alle 17 (orario fissato da loro) mi sono trovato un abito ancora con gli spilli relativi l'ultima misura presa.La camicia maltrattata, le modifiche del mio abito non erano neppure state iniziate. Sono uscito con l'abito alle 21.15 rimandando tutti i miei impegni. L'abito sembrava fatto bene, ma il giorno delle nozze abbiamo scoperto che la spilla sulla cravatta era stata prima cucita in un modo frettoloso e poi attaccata con il nastro adesivo!!! Un vestito di quasi 1700 euro!! Il tutto senza neppure una parola di scuse. È chiedere troppo un po' di professionalità? La puntualità nel consegnare un abito commissionato un anno prima? E almeno un minimo di cura...? la spilla che si reggeva con lo scoch mi ha sconvolto... Se volete un'avventura e amate il rischio, senza risparmiare nulla, andate da "Passaro Sposo", se invece siete interessati ad un Atelier, cambiate idea e andate altrove... I bought a groom's suit in this atelier, which has very little of an atelier. I was expecting precision and professionalism but I didn't find it. I had to collect my wedding suit on Friday at 5 pm (time fixed by them) I found a suit still with the pins relative to the last measure taken. The battered shirt, the modifications of my suit had not even been started. I went out with the dress at 9.15 pm postponing all my commitments. The dress looked well done, but on our wedding day we found that the pin on the tie was first sewn in a hasty way and then taped on !!! A dress of almost 1700 euros !! All without even a word of apology. Is a little professionalism too much to ask? Punctuality in delivering a dress commissioned a year earlier? And at least a minimum of care ...? the brooch that held up with the scoch shocked me ... If you want an adventure and you love the risk, without saving anything, go to "Passaro Sposo", if instead you are interested in an Atelier, change your mind and go elsewhere ...

Ho visitato anche altri negozi ma alla fine ho scelto di prenderlo qui sia per la disponibilità e serietà del personale, sia per la qualità degli abiti. I bought my wedding suit here. Dopo aver speso una cifra di 6500,00 euro, abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua e ci è stato rifiutato. Non credo che in seguito ritornerò. Vast choice of clothes, no doubt about it. Il cliente è coccolato, ed è posto al centro dell'attenzione, consigliato sulla base di quelle che sono le sue necessità. Secondo me, per lo sposo non c'è posto migliore dove poter trovare tutto quello che occorre nel giorno più importante della sua vita. davvero Chapeau! The customer is pampered, and is placed at the center of attention, advised on the basis of his needs. In my opinion, there is no better place for the groom to find everything he needs on the most important day of his life. really Chapeau!

La signora Teresa,Carmine,Rino e tutto lo staff sono assolutamente il top, hanno praticamente vestito me e tutta la mia famiglia in maniera impeccabile. Dalla prima volta che sono entrato in quel atelier mi sono sentito sicuro di tutto quello che facevo. Entri e arriva il caffè, poi la chiacchierata, la prova vestito , i commenti scherzosi e alla fine te ne esci con un vestito che non decidi per niente tu ma che dal primo momento hanno deciso loro di farti indossare, risultato finale , sei lo sposo che tutti invidiano. Nulla togliere a nessuno ma io mi sono sentito unico e inimitabile nel giorno più importante della mia vita ed è solo grazie a loro. Grazie veramente di cuore da parte mia e di tutta la Famiglia Fontanella , siete insuperabili. Professionalism, friendliness, seriousness, refinement, style, everything you could wish for can be found at Passaro Sposo. Mrs. Teresa, Carmine, Rino and all the staff are absolutely the top, they practically dressed me and my whole family impeccably. From the first time I entered that atelier, I felt confident in everything I was doing. You enter and the coffee arrives, then the chat, the dress try-on, the joking comments and in the end you come out with a dress that you don't decide at all but that from the first moment they decided to put you on, final result, you are the groom that everyone envies. Nothing to take away from anyone but I felt unique and inimitable on the most important day of my life and it is only thanks to them. Really heartfelt thanks from me and the whole Fontanella family, you are unbeatable.
