 I called over a week ago to get a quote for a service. I was told that I would be contacted as soon as possible by someone from Volkswagen service. I'm still waiting. I will definitely look elsewhere.

I bought a Polo here in 2020 and everything went fine until the car had to be serviced and we discovered that the 4-year service plan was missing. With a few more reminders and thanks to Mr. Porrini, everything was resolved. Friendly and professional staff.

Servizio impeccabile quello della consegna di Thomas con attenzione sia sulla spiegazione dell'attivazione dell'auto che sulla dotazione omaggio con strumenti più che utili. Altrettanto disponibile Nadya a rispondere alle richieste dell'acquirente ed a chiamare puntualmente per gli aggiornamenti della costruzione (oltre che ad offrire un ottimo caffè in concessionaria). Consigliati!
Professional and helpful, Nadya and Thomas have followed the entire path from purchase to collection of the car, despite all the difficulties due to the technical delays of the components. An impeccable service is that of Thomas's delivery with attention to both the explanation of the activation of the car and the free endowment with more than useful tools. Equally available Nadya to respond to buyer's inquiries and to call punctually for construction updates (as well as offering great coffee at the dealership). Recommended!
