Tempi lunghi per le consegne( 2 mesi) in più ritardi di un altro mese , sbagliano la destinazione della merce ( danno la colpa al corriere) la merce arriva danneggiata e impiegano altri 10 giorni per consegnare i pezzi in sostituzione. Non rispondono alle mail di lamentela. Decisamente sconsigliabili. Bad company. The products are probably good but the after-sales service is bad. Long delivery times (2 months) in more delays than another month, the wrong destination of the goods (they blame the courier) the goods arrive damaged and take another 10 days to deliver the replacement parts. They don't respond to email complaints. Definitely not recommended.

Sono venuti, dopo innumerevoli segnalazioni, a casa a constatare le difettosità che hanno sistemato (a detta loro). A distanza di due mesi mi ritrovo con una tapparella su porta finestra di 3 mt completamente bloccata e con le altre tutte storte. Esperienza pessima per quanto mi riguarda e azienda decisamente poco seria. PENOSI! Painful! New Microvision shutters that do not roll up correctly due, perhaps, to unsuitable gaskets. Parliamo di un prodotto in garanzia, di una casa nuova. Venerdì saranno 6 settimane! Pochi giorni prima di Natale sono venuti a trovarmi senza ricambi. 19/02/22 ancora nulla. 5 mesi praticamente. 13/04/22 Ancora nulla. Sono priva di uscire un giardino dalla cucina. Ho chiamato diverse volte. Faccio un lavoro simile al vostro. Mi chiedo i titolari se saranno contenti di come neanche degnate di risposta un cliente. Rimbalzata da costruttore a fornitore .
