Ho ricevuto in dono un orologio da amici che abitano a Roma... mi reco nel negozio per far togliere delle maglie al orologio in quanto grande...la signora risponde sgarbatamente dicendo che non mettono mano in orologi non acquistati da loro. Mi giro senza salutare e vado via. Se tutti lavorassero come loro allora quale sarebbe la soluzione? Vado a Roma a farlo stringere? Ma comunque...mi reco al centro commerciale carrefour e in un attimo mi sistemano tutto con pochi euro,4 per lesattezza...niente, che dire.. non mi recherò più da loro e non posso fare altro che sconsigliarvelo.
Very rude. I received a watch as a gift from friends who live in Rome ... I go to the shop to have the watch removed because it is large ... the lady replies rudely by saying that they do not put their hand in watches not bought by them. I turn around without saying goodbye and leave. If everyone worked like them then what would be the solution? Am I going to Rome to have it tightened? But anyway ... I go to the carrefour shopping center and in a moment they arrange everything for me with a few euros, 4 to be exact ...

Mi sono recata diverse volte in negozio per varie riparazioni di gioielli e accorciare cinturini di orologi, essendo appassionata di quest'ultimi; nonostante abbia acquistato gli articoli in altri punti vendita, la titolare cortesemente cosa che in altri negozi non fanno, mi ha accorciato i cinturini.
Il negozio l'ho trovato accogliente e ben fornito per qualsiasi esigenza.
Consiglio vivamente di andare.
Friendly and welcoming shop owner. I went to the shop several times for various jewelry repairs and to shorten watch straps, being passionate about the latter; despite having bought the items in other stores, the owner kindly, which other stores do not do, shortened the straps for me.
I found the shop welcoming and well stocked for any need.
I highly recommend going.
