Mio figlio ventenne è andato per la revisione dell’auto e gli hanno voluto cambiare tutte e 4 le gomme sennò non gli passavano la revisione. Il meccanico di fiducia l’aveva appena controllate e non erano da cambiare. La sensazione è che si sono approfittati dell’ inesperienza di un ragazzo. Non ci tornerò di sicuro. Bad service. My 20-year-old son went to have the car inspected and they wanted to change all 4 tires otherwise they wouldn't pass the inspection. The trusted mechanic had just checked them and they weren't to be changed. The feeling is that they took advantage of a boy's inexperience. I will not go back for sure.

Mi ero messa d’accordo per problemi lavorativi di ritirare la macchina entro le 11.30 . Sono arrivata 10 minuti prima per poter pagare e far rimontare la gomma. La signora della reception quando le ho chiesto informazioni si è rigirata in un modo molto sgarbato dicendo alla collega che ero arrivata in quel momento quando noi eravamo già pattuito un orario. Se non riuscite a gestire le emergenze è meglio rispondere con tranquillità che non ce la fate. Un po’ più di educazione non guasterebbe.
