 I found it very rude to refuse to inflate 2 balloons just because they were not bought in their store. Being in business is not for everyone.

Mesi fa ho speso 240-250 euro per un allestimento (il battesimo di mio figlio) qualche mese dopo sono ritornata con la richiesta di gonfiare quattro palloncini con il gas elio per il primo compleanno, sempre intenzionata di pagare e la mia richiesta è stata rifiutata con la risposta che non sono stati acquistati presso il loro negozio. Purtroppo non è da tutti stare nel commercio!
Unfortunately I was really disappointed with this shop. Months ago I spent 240-250 euros for an installation (my son's baptism) a few months later I returned with the request to inflate four balloons with helium gas for the first birthday, always willing to pay and my request was refused with the answer that they were not bought at their store. Unfortunately, not everyone is in business!
