La casa è grande e spaziosa ed è in un quartiere tranquillo vicinissimo al lungomare pedonale.
Cosa non è piaciuto: · La casa è davvero molto buia e su questo non ci si può fare nulla.
Alcune cose però lasciano un po' così: mai mi era capitato di vedere case senza coprimaterassi/copricuscini, piumoni per i letti senza copripiumoni (non sono un fissato, ma il copripiumone si lava in lavatrice a 60°, il piumone no).
La cucina è molto scarna: capisco che cucinare non è la prima attività per chi è in vacanza, ma chi sceglie un appartamento lo fa perchè comunque è quello che gli serve altrimenti prenderebbe un b&b. Niente tovaglie, niente canovacci. Nulla per pulire. Noi siamo stati una settimana, quindi queste cose un po' infastidiscono.
Infine: la posizione va bene se uno ha intenzione di camminare molto. Ma se si vogliono sfruttare i mezzi pubblici allora meglio di no: la prima metropolitana è a 20 minuti a piedi (da tenere presente se, come noi, ci si muove con bambini) e gli autobus sono parecchio scomodi.

The house is large and spacious and is in a quiet neighborhood close to the pedestrian promenade.
What we didn't like: · The house is really very dark and nothing can be done about it.
Some things, however, leave a little bit like this: I never happened to see houses without mattress covers / pillow covers, duvets for beds without duvet covers (I'm not a set, but the duvet cover is machine washed at 60 °, the duvet not).
The kitchen is very meager: I understand that cooking is not the first activity for those on vacation, but those who choose an apartment do it because it is what they need anyway otherwise they would take a b & b. No tablecloths, no tea towels. Nothing to clean. We have been a week, so these things annoy a little.
Finally: the position is fine if one is going to walk a lot. But if you want to take advantage of public transport then better not: the first subway is a 20-minute walk away (to be kept in mind if, like us, you move with children) and the buses are quite uncomfortable.
