Sono stata fatta accomodare dopo pochi minuti per decidere il da farsi e sono rimasta lì per 45 minuti mentre il ragazzo che si occupava di me faceva una piega ad un'altra cliente. Finalmente e senza scusarsi inizia il trattamento . Avevamo concordato un tonalizzante e mi viene applicata successivamente una maschera idratante che non avevo richiesto. Termino con il taglio della frangia ed una piega liscia fatta solo con la spazzola. Ho speso 67 euro (15 euro solo per spuntare il ciuffo) e con il caldo mi sono ritrovata poche ore dopo con la piega liscia diventata mossa. In tutta la durata della mia permamenza ( sono uscita alle 17) ho sentito più volte la proprietaria riprendere in malo modo i dipendenti. Bocciato. My experience has been disappointing. I made an appointment for 2.30 pm. I was seated after a few minutes to decide what to do and I stayed there for 45 minutes while the guy who took care of me was making a turn to another client. Finally and without apologizing, the treatment begins. We had agreed on a toning and a moisturizing mask was applied to me which I had not requested. I finish with the fringe cut and a smooth crease made only with the brush. I spent 67 euros (15 euros just to check the tuft) and in the heat I found myself a few hours later with the smooth fold turned. Throughout the duration of my stay (I left at 5 pm) I heard the owner several times badly take over the employees. Rejected.

Extrêmement propre. Prix plus que raisonnable. Je conseil cet établissement à toute personne soucieuse de la qualité d'exécution. Staff very attentive and take their time to be as precise as possible, but also very pleasant (head massages when washing hair, washing hair before and after cutting. Extremely clean.
