Spiego che per essere la,ho dovuto prendere un permesso dal lavoro e che non mi é possibile farlo di nuovo in tempi brevi e che l appuntamento era per mia figlia di 3 anni quindi potevo aspettare.risposta é che non si poteva causa covid.non sarebbe stato più senplice spostare un appuntamento di cui si aveva il numero di telefono?
