È un negozio a "conduzione familiare" nell'accezione più positiva del termine. L'ambiente è informale e rilassato ma tranquillo e pulito. L'attesa è molto variabile ma in genere, se si evitano i giorni e le ore di punta, non supera la mezz'ora (con qualche rara eccezione). Per evitare l'attesa, comunque, è consigliabile prenotare. I prezzi sono nella media. Non metto 5 stelle (e mi dispiace) solo perché dopo i recenti lavori di rinnovo del locale si è scelto di sacrificare parte dei posti a sedere per i clienti in attesa, riservando loro solo un piccolo divanetto a 2 posti e un paio di sgabelli. Lo consiglio senza esitazione.
I have always been a customer and I can say that the quality of the service has grown significantly over the years. It is a "family-run" shop in the most positive sense of the term. The environment is informal and relaxed but peaceful and clean. The wait is very variable but generally, if you avoid peak days and times, it does not exceed half an hour (with some rare exceptions). To avoid waiting, however, it is advisable to book. Prices are average. I don't put 5 stars (and I'm sorry) only because after the recent renovations of the restaurant it was decided to sacrifice part of the seats for the waiting customers, reserving for them only a small 2-seater sofa and a couple of stools. I recommend it without hesitation.
