★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire se non impeccabili e super professionali, hanno salvato la mia vacanza. Avevo usato dei prodotti sbagliato e fatto uno shampoo in modo sbagliato ed erano le 23 di sera e la mattina dopo alle 10 sarei dovuta partire, ho contattato in piena notte al signor massimo che gentilmente ha aperto il negozio per me prima del dovuto e con una santissima pazienza è riuscito a sciogliermi il nodo (che più che nodo era un vero e proprio nido) e grazie a lui e al suo maglificio staff sono arrivata in orario in aeroporto e con una piega impeccabile senza dover ricorrere alle forbici. Sul serio non bastano parole per descrivere la professionalità, disponibilità e bravura. Vi ringrazio tutti.
Nothing to say except flawless and super professional, they saved my vacation. I had used the wrong products and shampooed the wrong way and it was 11pm and the next morning at 10am I would have to leave, I contacted Mr. Massimo in the middle of the night who kindly opened the shop for me early and with a Most holy patience he managed to untie the knot (which was a real nest rather than a knot) and thanks to him and his knitting staff I arrived on time at the airport and with an impeccable fold without having to resort to scissors. Seriously, words are not enough to describe the professionalism, availability and skill. I thank you all.

Ne ho provati altri in passato a prezzi più bassi ma la qualità di questo è indiscutibile, inizialmente sentendo il costo un po’ alto ero scettico ma una volta provato ho avuto finalmente i risultati che desideravo da tanto e in una sola seduta. Rispetto agli altri laser ci sono molte meno sedute da fare inoltre e alla fine a conti fatti vale ciò che spendi e sono soldi recuperati dopo. Lo staff è molto professionale e cordiale oltre che disponibile. Davvero consigliato!!
Highly recommended !! I have finally found the perfect type of laser. I have tried others in the past at lower prices but the quality of this is indisputable, initially feeling the cost a bit high I was skeptical but once I tried it I finally had the results I had wanted for a long time and in just one session. Compared to other lasers there are far fewer sessions to do and in the end it is worth what you spend and it is money recovered later. The staff are very professional and friendly as well as helpful. Really recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a keratin (hair-straightening) treatment here yesterday , and it was by far the best service I’ve ever encountered. In past salons, the fumes from the keratin sting your eyes and reek of chemicals, but neither happened this time, which surprised me. The stylist spoke excellent English, which is less common in Naples than in other areas of Italy. Everyone there was so nice; they even provided free coffee and lunch from a nearby restaurant. As for the treatment itself, I couldn’t have asked for better results. Usually the first 72 hrs the hair looks flat and oily, but not this time. I was uneasy about getting a keratin treatment abroad, due to the risk of damaging your hair at a cheap place, but now I never want to go anywhere else. In summary, fantastic service and fantastic results. I couldn’t recommend it more
