Oltre al fatto che l'esperienza con loro é sempre piacevole , Marco mi ha fatto un colore perfetto di cui sono veramente soddisfatta , Erika che invece si é dedicata al taglio é stata veramente impeccabile nella precisione del caschetto. Ovviamente la qualità si paga , ma sono ben felice di farlo perché non ho mai avuto una cute e un capello così sani . Con Dario e Marco è stato come se li conoscessi da una vita! Mi hanno accolta con sorrido gentilezza e pazienza, Dario è stato capace di darmi i consigli giusti e di soddisfare le mie esigenze . Ho seguito il mio intuito e convinta dalle recensioni per la prima volta nel salone in via dei castani per sistemare il colore dei miei capelli. Non è sembrata la prima volta. Sono stata accolta con molta gentilezza, professionalità e simpatia. Marco e Dario sono due ragazzi fantastici. Mi hanno Ascoltata, osservata e consigliata su cosa poteva fare al mio caso e cosa potesse coincidere con i miei gusti. Poi Marco si è messo all’opera con una dedizione che ormai avevo dimenticato. Ha fatto un lavoro super, sia prima che dopo la realizzazione del colore. Sono uscita dal salone felice e soddisfatta e con un nuovo look decisamente migliore. After so many years of trust in another salon, I had to change and relying on someone else is never an easy choice. So many questions, so many doubts. I followed my intuition and convinced by the reviews for the first time in the salon in via dei castani to fix the color of my hair. It didn't seem like the first time. I was received with great kindness, professionalism and sympathy. Marco and Dario are two fantastic guys. They Listened to me, observed and advised me on what could do for me and what could coincide with my tastes. Then Marco got to work with a dedication that I had forgotten by now. He did a super job, both before and after the color was done. I left the salon happy and satisfied and with a much better new look. A parte l’ambiente accogliente e la gentilezza di Patrizia, la titolare, e di tutto lo staff, in questo salone ho trovato grandissima professionalità e competenza. Patrizia si è dedicata ai miei capelli con una cura che definirei quasi maniacale! Ho trovato Pazza Idea in una pubblicità su un social e sono andata con un po’ di paura, perché il lavoro da fare era importante: togliere anni e anni di tinte e colpi di sole per passare a una tonalità sul grigio e arrivare, poi, definitivamente al mio sale e pepe di ultracinquantenne. Altri parrucchieri ai quali mi ero rivolta precedentemente di fronte a tale richiesta mi guardavano perplessi e una mi ha anche risposto: “ma la tinta grigia non esiste, non si può fare”. E, invece, come dice Patrizia: “tutto si può fare” e lo ha ampiamente dimostrato. Non mi sarei mai aspettata un risultato così sorprendente: quasi non credevo allo specchio! Definire Patrizia una hair stylist significherebbe sminuirla, lei è una realizzatrice di desideri. Grazie ancora! When the passion for your work makes the difference. Apart from the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of Patrizia, the owner, and all the staff, in this salon I have found great professionalism and competence. Patrizia has dedicated herself to my hair with a care that I would define almost maniacal! I found Pazza Idea in an advertisement on a social network and I went with a bit of fear, because the work to be done was important: to take away years and years of colors and highlights to switch to a shade of gray and arrive, then, definitely to my over-fifty-year-old salt and pepper. Other hairdressers to whom I had previously addressed this request looked at me perplexed and one even replied: “but the gray color does not exist, it cannot be done”. And, instead, as Patrizia says: "anything can be done" and has amply demonstrated it. I would never have expected such an amazing result: I hardly believed in the mirror! A lovely vibe, not to mention a very good wash and style with what was not very interesting hair when I went in. Wish I’d had more time to get a cut and colour as well. Will definitely go back next time I’m in Rome
