Direi che continuano a meritare il mio giudizio. Confermo il mio giudizio, non so come migliorarlo, mi sembra di aver già detto che è tutto perfetto. I've been going there for many years now. Il personale è educato infatti non ci sono sono state discussioni anche perché oggettivamente mi era stato sbagliato tutto il lavoro di schiariture. Avevo chiesto un biondo freddo/sabbia (con foto che ho mostrato) e mi sono trovata rame e gialla. Ho fissato la prima correzione e dopo sono uscita ed ero ancora con chiazze rame .... ho fatto le foto e ho rifissato una seconda correzione. Infatti mi era già stato proposto di richiamarli per proseguire il lavoro, perché una volta non sarebbe bastato evidentemente. l'errore e la loro responsabilità sono stati pienamente riconosciuti quindi.Però la 2°correzione mi è stata fatta anche pagare, ecco questo potevano evitarlo. Ad ogni modo io non tornerò e sono delusa ( ho ancora delle meches a chiazze tra l'altro e mi sono veramente stufata) mi spiace perché sono educati, ma questo non basta. Pago per un servizio sui miei capelli e quello è il lavoro che mi aspetto sia fatto . Inoltre una volta si può sbagliare ... siamo tutti umani , ma due...tre volte...per gli stessi motivi anche no. I had asked for a cool / sandy blonde (with photos I showed) and found myself copper and yellow. I fixed the first correction and then I went out and I was still with copper spots .... I took the photos and I fixed a second correction. In fact, I had already been asked to call them back to continue the work, because once it would obviously not have been enough. the mistake and their responsibility were fully acknowledged therefore, but the 2nd correction was also made to pay, that's what they could have avoided. In any case, I will not return and I am disappointed (I still have some speckled streaks among other things and I am really bored) I'm sorry because they are polite, but this is not enough. I pay for a service on my hair and that's the job I expect to be done. Also once you can make a mistake ... we are all human, but twice ... three times ... for the same reasons but not.

Questa volta ho scelto di andare da I dama, sotto suggerimento della mia parrucchiera stessa, e mi sono trovata molto bene: veloci, professionali e sinceramente anche economici (soprattutto considerando dove si trova il negozio). Inoltre trovo la prenotazione online davvero comoda! For some reason they cut my sideburns and the area above/around that so short, and so high. Cutting of at least 12cm of length over this whole area. When I came home and wanted to put some product in it, I realised it's completely ruined. Can't wear it to the back, because the long hair on top falls weirdly over the shaven area. Can't wear it to the side because the sideburns are off and it doesn't cover my ears anymore. There is no fade, it has different lengths. It has no shape whatsoever, and the only way to fix it is to cut everything off, because the side is made so short you can't do anything with it. My hair is completely ruined. Very disappointing. Don't go here.
