★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un anno abbondante che frequento il salone devo ricredermi e cambiare nuovamente. All appuntamento arrivo cinque minuti in anticipo, la parrucchiera che doveva farmi il taglio mi fa accomodare e dice che arriva subito. Esce dalla porta e torna dopo mezz'ora abbondante. Era andata in pausa pranzo. Agli altri clienti è stato offerto aperitivo, mentre a me neanche hanno chiesto, probabilmente erano clienti fissi che vanno ogni mese e non ogni 4 mesi come me. In qualche modo mi si fa un taglio che mi "costringe" ad andare più spesso in salone e quindi fidelizzarmi di più a loro, ultima cosa che desidero essere vincolata ad un parrucchiere, ed ultimo hanno fatto i furbetti quando è stata ora di pagare. Non ci tornerò più, mi sono sentita trattata male tra ritardi furbizia e scortesia.
After a good year of attending the salon I have to change my mind and change again. I arrive five minutes early for the appointment, the hairdresser who was supposed to cut me makes me sit down and says she will arrive immediately. He goes out the door and comes back after a good half hour. She had gone on lunch break. The other customers were offered an aperitif, while they didn't even ask me, they were probably regular customers who go every month and not every 4 months like me. Somehow I get a cut that "forces" me to go to the salon more often and therefore become more loyal to them, the last thing I want to be tied to a hairdresser, and lastly they did the crafty when it was time to pay. I will never go back, I felt badly treated between delays and rudeness.
