Poca delicatezza nello shampoo e nella piega, e poca attenzione alla pulizia durante la tinta, per cui è stato utilizzato troppo e male uno smacchiatiore abrasivo che mi ha provocato una brutta scottatura sulla fronte e sull'orecchio.
Unfortunately my experience was not positive, despite the fact that the result was still good. Little delicacy in shampoo and crease, and little attention to cleaning during the dye, so an abrasive stain remover was used too much and badly, which caused a bad burn on my forehead and ear.
