★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passato il giorno prima per un appuntamento per la bambina: taglio e schampo, ho chiesto l' importo e mi ha detto 20 euro. Il giorno dopo ho portato mia famiglia per tagliare i capelli ma alla cassa l amara sorpresa, non più i 20 euro ma 25 euro. Ho pagato e sono uscito. Recluto che un tale comportamento non sia corretto, ovviamente non ci andrò più e sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di andarci. Un tale atteggiamento mi sembra poco professionale, non sono i 5 euro che mi cambiano la vita ma da fastidio. Pessima esperienza.
Spent the day before for an appointment for the child: cut and schampo, I asked for the amount and she told me 20 euros. The next day I took my family to cut my hair but at the checkout the bitter surprise, no longer 20 euros but 25 euros. I paid and left. I claim that such behavior is not correct, obviously I will not go there anymore and I strongly advise against going there. Such an attitude seems unprofessional to me, it is not the 5 euros that change my life but bothers me. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo salone dal mio trasferimento in Veneto 9 anni fa. Da allora non sono più andata in nessun altro posto. Alessandra sa trattare ogni tipo di testa, io ho i capelli ricci e spesso uscivo dai saloni con i capelli crespi, opachi, rovinati o altro.. Da quando ho conosciuto questo posto non ho più cambiato, mi affido a lei ed esco sempre super contenta!
I have been attending this salon since my move to Veneto 9 years ago. I haven't gone anywhere else since. Alessandra knows how to treat any type of head, I have curly hair and I often came out of salons with frizzy, dull, damaged or other hair .. Since I met this place I have not changed, I rely on her and I always go out super happy !
