Quando li ho contattati, chiedendo se il santuario fosse aperto almeno la domenica, mi hanno risposto che c'è solo la Messa alle 10 e mezza, e che non dovevo insistere nel chiederne l'apertura... persone incompetenti e sgradevoli, che hanno in mano un tesoro che non sanno gestire. Ho fatto 400 km per venire qui e sentirmi quasi mandato a quel paese dal parroco di Loiano. SIETE UNA VERGOGNA ASSOLUTA. CHE IL VESCOVO SI MUOVA INNANZI A QUESTO SCHIFO!! Beautiful place ... but PERENNIAL closed, and managed by the Parish of Loiano. When I contacted them, asking if the sanctuary was open at least on Sundays, they replied that there is only Mass at 10.30, and that I should not insist on asking for it to open ... incompetent and unpleasant people, who have in hand a treasure that they do not know how to manage. I traveled 400 km to come here and feel almost sent to that town by the parish priest of Loiano. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE SHAME. THAT THE BISHOP MOVES BEFORE THIS SUCK!

D'altra parte con scarsità di clero e religiosi e con pochi cristiani disponibili, non è che si possa pretendere... Tuttavia il luogo è carino anche per una passeggiata.
