Per arrivarci si devono salire 100 GRADINI....
Però si puo salire anche in auto e c'e l'ingresso anche per I disabili
Da visitare se vi trovate nei dintorni!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tipica graziosa chiesa della pedemontana veneta con scalinata di accesso molto suggestiva. Data la posizione sopraelevata si gode di un bel panorama.
Typical pretty church of the Venetian foothills with a very suggestive access stairway. Given the elevated position you can enjoy a beautiful view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa di San Pietro sovrasta il paese di Fonte Alto.
Per arrivarci bisogna affrontare una scalinata di 100 gradini (circa), ma per chi ha difficoltà motorie vi si può accedere tramite una strada laterale e si arriva ad un parcheggio affianco all'entrata della chiesa. In alto si può godere di un panorama fantastico.
L'esterno è in stile classico con riferimenti allo stile barocco.
L'interno è a tre navate, in stile neoclassico. Presenta Delle linee pulitissime, ma la parte che accresce il fascino è che proprio queste linee pulite incorniciano gli affreschi, dandone più valore.
Se ci siete, una visita la farei.
The church of San Pietro dominates the town of Fonte Alto.
To get there you have to go up a flight of 100 steps (approx.), But for those with walking difficulties you can access it via a side street and you come to a parking lot next to the church entrance. At the top you can enjoy a fantastic view.
The exterior is in classic style with references to the Baroque style.
The interior has three naves, in neoclassical style. Presents clean lines, but the part that enhances the charm is that these clean lines frame the frescoes, giving them more value.
If you are there, I would do a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato cresima di mio nipote assieme ad altri 12 cresimandi... in una chiesa che è abbastanza grande, si poteva benissimo fare un banco si, e uno no, così ci sarebbe stato un ottimo distanziamento sociale visto il momento di pandemia, invece no.... tutti belli accalcati oltretutto con i cartellini con i nomi scritti sul banco, quindi neanche a caso, il tutto con il bene placido del parroco, felice, tranquillo, come niente fosse forse convinto che nella casa di dio il virus non entra....... una vergogna, ho passato tutta la cerimonia con l'ansia e sono ancora preoccupato..... e poi ci si chiede perché non riusciamo a "cavarcela".... per forza siamo un branco di ignoranti, e in più chi dovrebbe occuparsi in questo caso di mettere le persone in sicurezza e quindi rispettare per una questione di salute collettiva delle semplici regole è il primo a trasgredirle, fosse mancato almeno lo spazio ! Da non credere
Saturday confirmation of my nephew along with 12 other confirmands ... in a church that is large enough, you could very well have a bench yes, and one no, so there would have been an excellent social distancing given the pandemic moment, but no. ... all beautifully crowded with the tags with the names written on the counter, therefore not even by chance, all with the placid good of the parish priest, happy, calm, as if nothing was perhaps convinced that the virus does not enter the house of God. ...... a shame, I went through the whole ceremony with anxiety and I'm still worried ..... and then we wonder why we can't "get away with it" .... of course we are a bunch of ignoramuses , and in addition who should take care in this case to put people in safety and therefore respect for a matter of collective health of the simple rules is the first to transgress them, if at least there was no space! Beyond belief
