★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Chiesa di San Facondino, realizzata negli anni '60 venne inaugurata, con una Solenne Cerimonia di Consacrazione, dal Vescovo di Nocera Umbra S.E.R.ma Monsignor Giuseppe Pronti il giorno 8 giugno del 1968.
In quel tempo Sassoferrato e parte del territorio marchigiano facevano parte della Diocesi di Nocera Umbra che si estendeva insieme al Gualdese nella regione Marche.
Oggi dopo molte trasformazioni e rivisitazioni diocesane Sassoferrato, Fabriano ed altre parrocchie sono entrate a far parte dell'Archidiocesi di Camerino.
The Church of San Facondino, built in the 1960s, was inaugurated, with a solemn consecration ceremony, by the Bishop of Nocera Umbra H.E.R. but Monsignor Giuseppe Pronti on June 8, 1968.
At that time Sassoferrato and part of the Marche region were part of the Diocese of Nocera Umbra which extended along with the Gualdese into the Marche region.
Today after many transformations and diocesan reinterpretations Sassoferrato, Fabriano and other parishes have become part of the Archdiocese of Camerino.
