L'hanno poi inviato al rivenditore della città in cui abito, facendomi così risparmiare anche le spese di spedizione. I contacted the company, as I had lost a bracelet. With extreme courtesy, professionalism and availability, they created an identical bracelet, specifically looking for the same stones. They then sent it to the dealer in the city where I live, thus saving me the shipping costs as well. A special thanks, I greatly appreciated their commitment to the customer.
